Zacky was born in Greece and started drumming at the age of ten, after he was taught five lessons by a hungarian teacher in Germany and played some greek music together with his uncle.

Zacky recorded his first CD with the band "Attack" in the year 1989, which was sold international. He recorded two more CDs before he joined the band of John Hayes (the guitar player of "Mother's Finest").
In 1996, he was in Los Angeles as a guest student at the MI (Music Institute), 1998 he played a tour in Germany with Juliane Werding. In this year, he recorded as well the "5000 Watts" CD.

In the year 2000 he played with the band "Fair Warning" as a support act for "Staus Quo" and afterwards they did a tour in Japan. After the tour he joined the band "Soul Doctor" and recorded three CDs with them. Another tour in Japan followed, succeeded by two european tours and lots of festivals.
In 2002, Zacky played a world tour with the afghan singer Farhad Darya. In the year after, the famous italian singer Al Bano Carrisi ("Al Bano & Romina Power") could win the greek extra-class-drummer over. With him, Zacky played a world tour in 2005 and was asked to play the album for Al Bano's daughter Christel Carrisi, who as well is a well-known italian singer.
2005, with the swiss singer and actress Mia Aegerter, Zacky also played a tour in Germany (together with Ronan Keating) and Switzerland, followed by some festivals.

Since 2004, he is the drummer of the "Helmut Zerlett Band", which is famous for being the Band of the "Harald-Schmidt-Show".

As a Yamaha endorser, Zacky already played several workshops for this company, carrying him to the drummer's festivals in Belgium, Netherlands, Hungary and Montreux/Switzerland. A Yamaha tour followed with the guitar player Marcus Deml and the bass player Frank Itt, who are as well known as "Errorhead", an own project of Marcus Deml.

Zacky wurde in Griechenland geboren und hat mit 10 Jahren angefangen zu trommeln, nachdem er mit seinem Onkel griechische Musik gemacht und bei einem Ungarischen Lehrer in Deutschland fünf Unterrichtsstunden hatte.

Zacky hat 1989 mit der Band "Attack" seine erste CD aufgenommen, die auch weltweit verkauft wurde. Es folgten noch zwei weitere CDs mit "Attack".
1995 ist Zacky bei John Hayes (Gittarist von "Mother’s Finest") eingestiegen.
1996 war er in Los Angeles als Gaststudent am MI für (Music Institute), 1998 folgte eine Juliane Werding Tour in Deutschland. Im selben Jahr spielte Zacky die "5000 Watts" CD ein.

Im Jahr 2000 spielte er mit der Band "Fair Warning" im Vorprogramm von "Status Quo" und anschließend eine Japan Tournee. Er stieg direkt nach der Japan Tour bei der Band "Soul Doctor" ein und spielte mit der Band 3 CDs ein. Es folgte eine erneute Japan Tour, zwei Europa Tourneen und diverse Festivals.
Im Jahr 2002 spielte Zacky eine Welttour mit dem afghanischen Sänger Farhad Darya. 2003 konnte auch der bekannte italienische Sänger Al Bano Carrisi ("Al Bano & Romina Power") den griechischen Drummer der Extraklasse für sich gewinnen. Mit ihm spielte Zacky 2005 eine Welttour. Im selben Jahr bekam er den Auftrag, die neue CD von Al Banos Tochter, Christel Carrisi, einzutrommeln, welche sich in Italien ebenfalls als Sängerin bereits einen Namen verschafft hat.
Desweiteren spielte Zacky mit der Schweizer Sängerin und Schauspielerin Mia Aegerter eine Deutschland-Tour zusammen mit Ronan Keating, sowie eine Schweiz-Tour und verschiedene Festivals.

Seit 2004 ist er als fester Drummer bei der durch die "Harald Schmidt-Show" bekannten "Helmut Zerlett Band" dabei.

Als Yamaha Endorser spielte Zacky bereits diverse Workshops und auf der Musikmesse in Frankfurt 2003 für Yamaha, die ihn unter anderem auch auf die Drummerfestivals in Belgien, Holland, Budapest und die Musikhochburg Montreux führten. Es folgte eine Yamaha Tour mit dem Gitarristen Marcus Deml und dem Bassisten Frank Itt, die man nicht nur als "Yamaha Band" sondern auch als "Errorhead", einem eigenen Projekt von Markus Deml bewundern kann.
